1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Player") and den999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of all services provided through the den999 website at https://den999.pro and the den999 mobile application. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. den999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided in PKR and are intended for personal entertainment only.

By accessing or using any part of den999 — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet or playing any casino or fish game — you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using den999 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms as well.

2. Eligibility

To register and use den999 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. den999 is strictly an adult platform. We may request proof of age at any time, and accounts will be suspended pending age verification if there is any doubt.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity for entertainment purposes only — not as a commercial operator, syndicator or professional arbitrage bettor using automated tools.
• You must not already hold an active den999 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Attempting to register additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Accounts registered with false names, incorrect contact details or unverifiable payment information may be suspended without notice.
• You must agree to use den999 responsibly and within your means. Gaming should remain entertainment. If at any point you feel gaming is affecting your finances, relationships or daily life, you should use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of den999 services — including deposits, betting, casino games, fish games and withdrawal of winnings — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide your full name, a valid contact number, a working email address and a preferred PKR payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. den999 will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

den999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where:

• Registration details are found to be false, incomplete or unverifiable.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, collusion or exploitation of platform errors.
• Multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person or household.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any balance or pending bets.

On closure of an account for any reason, any verified balance that is not subject to a dispute or investigation will be returned to the account holder via their registered PKR payment method after any applicable review period.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on den999 are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfer, standard bank transfer to designated accounts, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any method-specific processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your den999 PKR balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments are generally credited the same day. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

All funds deposited into den999 must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is used to fund your den999 balance — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the cashier section of your den999 account. Withdrawals are processed back to your registered PKR payment method — the same JazzCash number, Easypaisa account, Raast ID or bank account you have verified on the platform.

For accounts that have completed identity verification, den999 aims to process withdrawal requests the same day. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically land within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing times.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may require additional verification.
• den999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals submitted during a dispute, investigation or account review may be held until the review is concluded.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

den999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates — which are published on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all den999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots and fish games may have different contribution percentages — these are specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion page explicitly states that it is combinable with another offer.
• Bonuses that have not been used within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from the bonus balance automatically.
• den999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will have a reasonable period to meet its requirements before any cancellation takes effect.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The den999 sportsbook covers a wide range of sports including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches and ICC tournaments), football, esports, tennis and basketball. Bets are accepted pre-match and in-play (live) depending on the market and event.

By placing a bet on den999 you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform, except where den999 exercises its right to void a bet under the conditions set out below.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format in PKR. The potential return shown at the time of bet placement is illustrative — final settlement is based on the official result of the relevant event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. den999 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice — for example, during significant match events or where the integrity of the odds cannot be maintained in real time.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the same rules as individual selections. If one leg of a multiple is void, the overall bet is recalculated as if that selection were not included.

Void Bets: den999 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; the event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the standard time frame; or the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded to the player's PKR balance at the original stake amount.

PSL and International Cricket: Cricket bets — including PSL matches — are settled according to the official results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results and match abandonments are all settled in line with den999's cricket-specific settlement rules, which are available in the FAQ section.

8. Casino & Fish Games

den999 offers live casino games (including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack), slots and fish games. All stakes and payouts in these sections are in PKR. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games are set by the respective game providers and are available on request.

Casino and fish game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). den999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any claims that game results have been altered must be raised through the formal dispute process — casual claims made in live chat will not be treated as formal disputes.

Certain casino bonuses, including welcome bonuses, may specify which games are eligible for wagering requirement fulfilment. Playing ineligible games with an active bonus may result in those bets not contributing to the wagering requirement or the bonus being forfeited entirely. Always check the promotion terms before playing with a bonus balance.

9. Fair Play Policy

den999 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of casino games or to exploit bonus structures.
• Match Fixing: Betting on events where you have insider knowledge of a predetermined result, or where you have any involvement in fixing the outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets or play casino games on den999.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, early cashout opportunities or differences between den999 odds and other platforms in a way that constitutes professional arbitrage rather than recreational betting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to den999 while retaining any associated winnings or bonus funds.

10. Responsible Gaming

den999 encourages all players to game responsibly and within their means. Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed way to make money. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based alerts so you are notified when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts or use other means to circumvent their exclusion. Any account opened during a self-exclusion period will be closed and any balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11. Privacy & Data

den999 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform use. The types of data collected include name, contact information, payment method identifiers and betting activity records. This data is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, verifying player identity and meeting our internal responsible gaming obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

den999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and accurate odds and game results, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

• den999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings or consequential losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, incorrect odds display or delayed settlement.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display or an unintended game outcome, den999 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and refund the original stake.
• den999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions or third-party payment provider delays that affect a player's ability to access the platform or receive a withdrawal.
• The maximum liability of den999 to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13. Amendments to These Terms

den999 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Continued use of den999 after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your options, including closing your account and withdrawing your remaining PKR balance.
